(this doesn't apply if you are purchasing commercial rights)❀ Listed prices are my base price, special requests and complex design will more than likely add extra fees.❀ For extra characters in the same image, you will have to purchase each character individually.❀ Multiple images of the same character with different facial expressions or poses have to be purchased individually.──────── 𝘾𝙤𝙥𝙮𝙧𝙞𝙜𝙝𝙩 & 𝘾𝙤𝙢𝙢𝙞𝙨𝙨𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙞𝙣𝙛𝙤 .ᐟ ────────❀ My art is not to be used, traced, edited or reposted without permission and proper credit given. Most work in my portfolio was commissioned and actions will be taken if my clients commissioned artwork is stolen in any way.❀ Ongoing, Basic commissions are for personal use only. If you plan to use the artwork commercially and profit off of it, Please contact me so we can go over the additional fees for commercial rights.❀ I will not copy references exactly, especially if you are referencing another piece of art. At most, I can do something similar and put my own style and spin on it. This is to avoid any copyright and theft.❀ I have a right to decline a commission if I feel that I can't fulfill your requests, if you are requesting something that I can't do or if your requests require me to change my art style.❀ Fanart commissions consisting of characters from any game, movie, series, etc. may not be allowed due to copyright issues. Please contact me with more details beforehand so we can discuss if I would be willing to make your design with character of your choice.❀ My art portraits are only meant to resemble a real person or OC, not look exactly like them. The art styles I specialize in have very exaggerated features and are usually in an anime or chibi type of style. Due to this, some of the features may not look exactly like your own. Let me know if there is any features that you would like to not be diminished or exaggerated and If it doesn’t require me to make too many changes to my art style, I will accommodate.────── 𝙍𝙚𝙛𝙪𝙣𝙙𝙨, 𝘾𝙖𝙣𝙘𝙚𝙡𝙡𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙨 & 𝙍𝙚𝙫𝙞𝙨𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙨 .ᐟ ──────❀ Due to the nature of these commissions, full refunds and cancellations aren’t accepted after preparations for the order start or if you weren’t satisfied with it due to your own lack of details provided. The piece is custom to you and I can’t get back the time I’ve spent on it. If you have changed your mind, please let me know within 4 hours of ordering.❀ In the rare case that I cannot complete a commission, a full refund will be given. If it cannot be completed due to buyers discretion, only a partial refund with delivery of the unfinished work will be given as I can't get my time back.❀ I like to offer very affordable digital art and to be able to continue that, Some minor details may be left out if your requests have an excessive amount of small details or are very complex and time consuming. Considering the price, please be reasonable when commissioning and only include details that are important to the portrait unless you are willing to accept the potential extra fees that may come with creating majorly detailed art.❀ Revisions will now cost an extra fee. (excluding very simple, minor revisions and color tweaks.) With how high demand my portraits are, I sadly don't have time to fully revise entire pieces for free anymore as it has become very time consuming and taken advantage of by some.❀ Revisions won't be accepted if they are needed due to lack of communication and or disorganized messages on buyers part, complete revisions won’t be provided if you just randomly decide you want something different after the piece with the details we previously agreed on has already been finished and sent to you. Please be extremely descriptive and make sure you know exactly what you want before commissioning. For the most part I will communicate any questions, but if you leave many things out I may end up filling in the blanks. I will of course fix any small issues, but a full revision can’t be made If you were lacking many major details or wanted to leave creativity up to me.❀ No nitpicking please. If something is truly wrong or off with your finished commission, feel free to reach out. Just please don't nitpick every single small detail you may find. Keep in mind that I'm just a human, I don't claim to be perfect, I try my best to make sure the quality is as good as possible and I spend a ton of time staring at the piece, so if I didn't notice the small line that was off for example, others wont either. I offer custom art for a very low price so everyone can afford it. I wish I did, but I don't have time to sit there and fix the most miniscule things all day, please remember that I have other commissions to tend to as well.─────── 𝘿𝙚𝙡𝙞𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙮 𝙩𝙞𝙢𝙚 & 𝙍𝙪𝙨𝙝 𝙤𝙧𝙙𝙚𝙧 𝙞𝙣𝙛𝙤 .ᐟ ───────❀ Only 5 Rush-Order slots are available at a time. If you order a rush order while the slots are full, the guaranteed delivery time won't currently apply to you. Instead, you will be put into the rush order Pre-Queue and your order will be prioritized when a spot opens up for you.❀ Making an order while it is stated that queue is full means the estimated delivery time no longer applies to your commission. Please allow me more time to get to your commission in this case.❀ If I happen to narrowly miss the deadline of a rush order, I have a 24 hour grace period to complete and deliver the commission, otherwise a full refund can be requested if it is not completed within said 24 hours.❀ Please be aware that the time frame given is just an estimate as some things do get backed up and busy, for a required deadline you must purchase a rush order.❀ If your commission is very time consuming and detailed, I may take brief pauses from working on it to finish the less complex commissions so the queue doesn't build up too much.
By commissioning me, this means that you have read, understand and agree to all of the terms listed above.
